I call democracy and there is not.
The December 6, 1978 is the day that passes the current English Constitution. This is the document that defines the legal system of the English oppressor, that state we call democracy the facelift that has suffered the breakdown of the Franco regime that both hurt and made us suffer.
The English Constitution came forward during the period known as the "Transition." We presented this period as a break with the Franco regime. From our organization we that more than rupture, which was a facelift of most class-based politics mouthful hypocritically by democracy . There was no real break for elements present in the Franco period remained in force and many continue to this day. Such is the case of Public Order Court, which was used to manage the political repression, today called Court. The English Constitution is a text which makes an attempt to show people certain rights. But speaking of course, is pure fallacy. English state is defined as the guarantor of a number of rights such as decent housing. But the fact is that housing is a luxury unavailable to large segments of the population, especially for youth and more at a time of economic crisis like the current high rate of unemployment in our population group, especially when it is difficult to know how prices will fluctuate.
